TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Plaintiff, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., in the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2019-97 and you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before July 22, 2019, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true, and judgment will be rendered against you foreclosing your interest in the real estate, awarding to the Plaintiff a first Mortgage lien upon the following-described real estate situated in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to-wit:



A tract of land in the S1/2 NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 4,

Township 6 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and

Meridian, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma more

particularly described as follows:



Commencing at the SW corner of said S1/2 NW1/4 SW1/4,; thence N 01°15'58" W along the west line of said S1/2 NW1/4 SW1/4, a distance of 295.00 ft. to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 01°15'58" W, a distance of 191.66 ft.; thence N 89°10'09" E, a distance of 227.28 ft.; thence S 01°15'58"E,

a distance of 191.66 ft.; thence S 89°10'09"W, a distance

of 227.28 ft. to the POINT OF BEGINNING; said described

tract containing 1.00 Acres, more or less.
